Bookings: Quotes are provided based on the details you give us. Final pricing may vary if the job differs from what was described (for example, heavier staining or a larger area than quoted).
Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a call-out fee.
Payment: Payment is due on completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stain removal: While we use professional-grade equipment and treatments, we cannot guarantee removal of all stains, as results depend on fabric type, age and the nature of the stain.
Liability: Fresh Star takes care to protect your property. Any damage caused by our negligence will be assessed and addressed fairly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear.
